Modern 1BR Apt with Skywalk to Fiserv, Rooftop, and Parking

Perfect for FiservForum, Great in general Positive: Property great, Flexhome support staff EXCELLENT. But that awful lock on the door from which we had to retrieve the key was yikes. Banged up, plastic wearing & as my girlfriend & i both have fingernails longer than a man's...neither of us could work it. It was sorted out in the end, as we have friends in the city & they all tried til one guy got it. It was super frustrating, but the company as a whole was great to work with & the location for Fiserv Forum...literally directly across the street. It was perfect!

Overall, a great find and stay! Would be willing to stay here again. Thank you! Positive: The apartment was perfect for what we were needing. I bought tickets for my son and his best friend to take them to their first NBA game At Fiserv Forum. Location was wonderful. I would like to add that we were slightly disappointed when we realized that the view was not facing Fiserv like I had thought I read. Still a decent view. Fiserv is located across the street and the bonus free parking was EXCELLENT! We brought an air mattress and the boys slept in the living room (one on couch and other on air up) and myself in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable but was low to the ground. Wasn’t a huge deal for me but is just something to be noted. The area seemed safe and I never felt uncomfortable unsafe. The day we arrived, there ended up being a HUGE Trump Rally at the Forum that we didn’t know about. That made for a challenge trying to get parked to get into the building to get our parking pass. Luckily, the police were understanding and allowed us to park and run upstairs. It was a mad house though! Negative: The apartment itself was pretty good. Some obvious wear and tear from it being a rental. I did rewash the spoons because there was some sort of sticky food on them. No biggie, I just wanted to note that in hopes for future cleanings to be checked. A few more towels and wash cloths would be helpful as well. I washed them the first night after use. The aroma of Marijuana was almost overwhelming at times throughout building. I don’t care or judge people on what they do, but do hate that my kid kept pointing it out. Again, not a dig at the owners of this apartment, just something to note about the building itself.

Positive: Perfect location to catch a Bucks game!
